The Magnolia room is on the ground floor, with no steps to climb. The private bathroom is large and accessible, with a step-free shower and fittings designed with reduced mobility in mind.
It is also a good choice for older guests or for those with difficulty walking.

The area
The pond with its walkway is a few minutes away on foot, and every so often you really do meet a heron there: we did not choose the name of the B&B by chance.
From here it is easy to set off for Monte Generoso, Monte San Giorgio, the Muggio Valley, the Breggia Gorges Park, the lakes and the villages of the region.

In the heart of the Mendrisiotto, between Mendrisio and Chiasso, a few minutes from the A2 motorway exit. Parking spaces in front of the house, to be arranged before arrival.

The minimum stay is 2 nights.
Breakfast is optional: you can take it or not, and the rate changes accordingly. It is served in the breakfast room from 08:00 to 09:30 and, on request, also in your accommodation.

No, we do not ask for a deposit or any payment when you book. If your plans change, just let us know at least 24 hours before arrival.

Yes. Rosmarino sleeps 2 adults and up to 3 children, Lavanda 2 adults and up to 2 children. For children, the rate is agreed according to their age and number.
Yes, pets are welcome with a surcharge of CHF 10 per day per animal, to be mentioned when you send your request.

Yes, there are a few parking spaces in front of the house, to be arranged before arrival. Please let us know when you send your request, especially if you are arriving in a motorhome or another large vehicle.
There is no television in the accommodation, but in our cosy lounge you will find a TV, books and games for some pleasant, relaxing moments. For longer stays, we can put a television in your accommodation on request.
