What data we collect
Only what you write to us yourselves in the request form: first and last name, e-mail and phone, arrival and departure dates, number of guests and, if you travel with children, their ages, the accommodation you are interested in, whether you bring pets, and the message you leave us.
This website has no hidden forms, uses no analytics tools and profiles no one.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to check availability and, if you decide to come, to organise your stay. Nothing else. We do not send advertising and we never pass your data on to anyone for commercial purposes.
Where they go
The form on this website sends nothing by itself: it opens WhatsApp on your phone with the message already written, and you are the one who presses send. The message therefore travels through WhatsApp, owned by Meta, and may also be processed outside Switzerland. If you prefer to avoid this, you can e-mail or call us: you will find our details above.
The website is hosted on servers in Switzerland. Opening its pages does not contact any outside service: fonts, icons and the map are loaded from the website itself. Google Maps, Instagram and WhatsApp open only if you tap their links.
As with any website, the server keeps the technical data of each visit for a short time (IP address, date and time, page opened): it is used only for security and to keep the website running properly.
How long we keep it
Conversations with people who do not end up coming are deleted once they are no longer needed. Data from actual stays is kept for as long as legal and accounting obligations require.
Cookies
This website uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser: no advertising, no analytics.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. Just write to us: the two of us reply in person.
We handle data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
